  So I went in there with a nut and bolt to get 3 more matches... In the time that I was in there the gentleman lost the nut.... After staring at the floor and shelves and drawers for about 5 or so minutes I finally said "I have to get going, I'll just have to buy another one". got a simple "Okay" and grabs me a new one and writes it down for purchase.
  
  Now... This was only .23 cents.. But the principle of this is so much greater. This week I needed to buy a 525 gallon legged water tank and bands.... On principle I made my purchase at TrueValue. Employees need to be empowered to make things right. I'm still giving 4 stars as every other time they've given me good customer service... this one just bothered me.
